The restaurant is very good, but on our last visit, I was very disappointed by their policy regarding the petit fours at the end of the meal, which are not served unless you order coffee. I had already tried their coffee twice and it wasn't good, so I didn't repeat the experience. As a result, I no longer go there, even though it used to be a restaurant I enjoyed eating at.

The food and service were very good, but our dinner was ruined by the cold in the restaurant. We asked for the fireplace to be lit to warm the room, and the waiter replied, "I wasn't authorized."

Hello, We wanted to share our experience during our dinner visit to your establishment. We chose your restaurant specifically for its inviting atmosphere, including the advertised fireplace. However, upon arrival, it wasn't lit, even though firewood was available nearby. The temperature in the dining room was extremely low, to the point that we had to remain in our coats and use blankets throughout the meal. This situation unfortunately significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience, which is all the more regrettable in a fine dining restaurant where one expects a certain level of comfort. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but we would have appreciated it if measures had been taken to ensure a comfortable temperature, or at least that we had been informed in advance. We hope this feedback will be helpful in improving the experience for your future guests.

As regular customers of this restaurant, which we usually enjoy very much, we were surprised by the quality of service during our last dinner. While the food was still excellent, several things marred the experience: we were served a chipped water glass, a second amuse-bouche arrived before we had finished the first (so we had to eat it cold), and we didn't receive the last few sweet treats, which were included in the menu and served to other tables. Admittedly, we were the last customers in the restaurant, but that shouldn't impact the overall experience. It's a shame, because it doesn't reflect the level of service we've come to expect from this establishment.

My wife and I had dinner there last Saturday and had a wonderful time. The welcome was fantastic, the staff very professional yet incredibly friendly. The setting is lovely and relaxing. The dishes were excellent, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. In short, a truly great place that we highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!
