Very good lunch, impeccable and careful service. The setting is modern and warm, and the background music is pleasant. I took the starter and main course menu. The foie gras reduction of banyuls was delicious. As a main course, Wellington-style beef fillet, cooked at low temperature and tender as desired, accompanied by a small glass of Mercurey red wine, the perfect combination. We had dinner there for Valentine's Day the menu was excellent and very fine very pretty table and beautiful presentation for each dish impeccable service and it is always a pleasure to come and dine there The setting is relaxing

Lovely gastronomic discovery in a cozy setting with elegant decoration on the banks of the Marne. Very pleasant welcome. The appetizers are refined and give a favorable outlook for what follows. The plating is inventive and appetizing: the red tuna tataki and broccoli variation arranged in the shape of a snail is a delight - fresh, invigorating, well-balanced flavors. We liked the guinea fowl in chicken sauce with salsify and morels (so soft as could be), and the one-sided grilled salmon served with Brie "macaronettes" and creamed bisque. The desserts are in tune: The mango-passion meringue and the blueberry fennel are of an excellent standard. We accompanied this delicious lunch with a red Menetou-Salon from Clément, and finished with a coffee (although full we could not resist the sweets). It is planned, we will remember the address.
