Le Jean Bart is an unpretentious little restaurant in the heart of Desvres. The food and service is excellent at a good price. What makes it special is that it is a truly local French establishment catering for the locals, not the tourists. Only French is spoken. We'll worth a visit just 40 minutes from Calais.

31/03/2024: Pleasant place, friendly welcome. Easy to park nearby. We trusted the reviews and were surprised. The scores are too high for a cuisine based on defrosted products (we expect good fresh fries with good pieces of meat) We expected better. We understand why the prices are rather very affordable, in line with the quality.
30/03/2024: Excellent brewery value for money, service and friendliness at the top!!!!
