Le Jeanne Hachette, France sur Beauvais

Passing through Beauvais on a sunny Saturday in October. Enjoyed a pleasant lunch on the terrace. Good value for money. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. The wait was a bit long, 30 minutes. But the waitress's kindness and smile made up for it. The owner seemed a little stressed. (Lack of staff or organization).

Since Ms. Locquet's well-deserved retirement, what a disappointment... The service, the quality, the warm atmosphere have all vanished. Paying €15 for a simple 50cl carafe of wine 😡, ordering rare meat that arrives medium-rare 👎, ordering a quiche and finding out 10 minutes later that they were out... It's all unacceptable, and it's not the first time such mishaps have occurred. So, unfortunately, it's over for us at this restaurant...

A perfect place for a nice cocktail! Afterwards we had salmon and steak, perfect! Definitely recommended in Beauvais because the staff are also very friendly!

We ate here 20/9/26 About as good as it gets for Burger,chips and a salad. Nothing special, but far better than the Victor a couple of doors away.

The food was very good. I don't usually go to restaurants that serve large portions, but although this was the case here, it was very good: confit duck with homemade mashed potatoes and beans.

It's always a pleasure to go there. The servers are very pleasant. The welcome is warm. The pastries are delicious. I have nothing but praise; I highly recommend it.

Very nice place. Good food, nice service.

Everything is great, the service is top-notch too. We had a set menu: egg mayonnaise followed by chicken leg with homemade fries, and for me, a religieuse pastry... At under €20 (€19.90), I think it's a really good price that meets people's needs at lunchtime, etc.
