The owner, true to form, is welcoming, warm, and dedicated to his customers.
A top-notch, competent team (a rarity these days)!!!!
Excellent product.
A quality-price ratio that's hard to find elsewhere.
And I think that if this establishment has been open for so long in Albi (Lescure), there's a reason.....
I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed.

At first, I saw the prices; while not exactly expensive, I thought they were a bit above average for this type of establishment... then I tasted the first bite of the dish I ordered. And I found it surprisingly affordable!
