After enjoying our first meal at this excellent restaurant, it's impossible to book a table for 2023, 2024, 2025, and now 2026. The waiting time is outrageous; it's June 29th and there are no tables available until July 20th at 12:45 PM. It's frustrating; we won't be there then and will just grill the sea bass ourselves!

Excellent discovery!
The welcome was exceptional, with a detailed description of every dish. You can feel the passion for cooking in the conversation. A fabulous experience and extraordinary knowledge, even for the wine selection. I highly recommend this restaurant. I can't go back to this restaurant without hesitation; bravo to the whole team!

I have rarely experienced such a detailed and passionate presentation of the menu and the different dishes. The explanations were precise, enticing, and made me want to try everything!
The staff is particularly pleasant, welcoming, and always smiling.
We were lucky enough to try the meagre ribs: a true delight. It's rare to savor fish so delicately prepared and so delicious.
A big thank you to the entire team for the quality of their work and their hospitality. 👏👍
We will definitely be back!

An absolute highlight in St. Denis: Jour du Poisson.
I have rarely experienced fish and seafood of such quality. The taste, freshness, preparation, and atmosphere were on a level one would normally only expect in significantly more expensive restaurants. Every dish had character and precision without seeming artificial or overloaded.
If I had to criticize anything at all, it would be the price, because, honestly, the experience was almost too inexpensive for what was offered. This level of quality could justifiably be reflected in higher prices.
A clear recommendation from me and definitely a place I'll return to.

An excellent restaurant that uses only fresh produce from the Île d'Oléron.
Exclusively fish, prepared in inventive and original ways, with a wealth of perfectly balanced flavors and vibrant colors that make each dish a masterpiece. Reservations are essential if you want to enjoy a truly delightful experience, served by a very friendly young man who will explain every detail of each dish. The owners are welcoming, just like the decor. Very reasonable prices, a great wine list... and air conditioning. A must-try on the island!
