Facing the lake, very attentive reception staff

The hotel is located at the heart of the medieval town, looking onto the marina. We were welcomed by friendly staff that had our key ready to go the minute we arrived. The rooms were spacious, nicely furnished overlooking the marina on the 2nd floor with a little balcony. The beds we large and comfortable with power outlets near the head of the bed on both sides. We didn't try the bar (closed) nor the restaurant. There was an overall run-down feeling. Little details like 2 lights out of 3 were broken in our bathroom, or the door didn't close on its own, no stairs (you had to take the lift each time), missing buttons in the lift, etc. Avoid room 207 as it is located on the end of the hotel overlooking the Pirate restaurant that is very noisy early in the morning (6:30am). Avoid the breakfast. It's way too expensive for what is offered (small buffet, little choice, not much fresh, coffee from a machine). Two of our rooms had an awkard shower in a bath tub, no curtain, and a very short pipe, with nowhere to fix it to. The third room had a walk in shaower. Asthmatic hair dryer (like in many hotels).

Very nice hotel in the quiet of the port and without cars. The establishment has style and the view of the port and the lake are superb. Nice atmosphere and decent services even if a slightly larger television would correspond more to the number of stars. The light carpet in the reception area and the breakfast room has difficulty resisting the passing and other awkwardness of customers. Too bad it matches the style well.

We had breakfast at this place. Many places does not open early in the morning in Yvoire, so it was a pleasant surprise to us that they offer buffet breakfast to us as non hotel guests. To our surprise the buffet was very well stocked with all kind of meat, cheese, fruit, bread, pastry, coffee, tea, yogurt, juices, sparkling water, and even macaron! And they are all in high quality! We had a wonderful breakfast there before the taking the morning ferry to start a full activie day sight seeing. Giving it is right in front of the ferry terminal, it is very convenient to eat and hop on the ferry after! We highly recommend this hotel restaurant for breakfast!

A beautiful location, view of the port, the lake, the planes... but above the noisy restaurants until they close. A pleasant welcome but a few problems with the room: only one small bulb that works in the bathroom, the mischievous hair dryer, a bar for the shower curtain... but no curtain. Nevertheless a generous welcome tray, more than the breakfast charged at €20...

Extremely pleasant place. The staff is very nice and friendly. The food is very good and quality. I very highly recommend this establishment.

Superb restaurant, we were superbly welcomed and served like kings by the new waiter with glasses who had been there for 2 days. I highly recommend this restaurant, very pleasant landscape, magnificent view and the dishes are top notch!!!

L'hôtel était très propre. Ce qui m'a particulièrement frappé 👍 c'est la réceptionniste. Julianna 🌹travaillait très rapidement et est extrêmement compétente et très aimable. Salutations de la Suisse 🇨🇭

Malgré un monde fou, service impeccable et plat délicieux. Serveur très efficace. Ardoise fromages et charcuteries régionaux superbes.
