Le K sur Araches-La-Frasse

21/03/2024: Having lived in the village for years, frequenting all the restaurants. Sadly despite the food being good, it is overly expensive and you feel like you are a burden to the staff, who need to be repeatedly reminded to bring things that have been asked for, they also seem to be deaf, as despite speaking in French, it appears we couldn’t be understood .. One of our group found a sharp piece of broken plastic in their starter, when the staff were informed they simply took it away without even an apology. One of the other members of our group was gluten free and despite telling the waitress, rather than perhaps asking if an an alternative could be found, the €33 main course was bought to the table and my colleague was shockingly told that the items on the left of her plate could not be eaten - surely at that price the sauce could have been replaced with butter etc and the fried cauliflower fritter with extra vegetables- perhaps the restaurant doesn’t understand about the effect of food allergies . The village has some amazing, friendly restaurants- this one sadly is one I currently wouldn’t recommend.
