Great family stay. Skishop Very efficient, pleasant and very kind. Always attentive, with very good material. Location at the foot, really pleasant slopes.

Overall a nice hotel. The apartment we stayed in at the kashmir residence was big and comfortable, perfect for our family of 4 (2 separate rooms, one with double bed and a full bathroom and another one with 2 single beds. There is another full bathroom, a small living room and an equipped kitchen). One thing i didnt like about our specific room is that there was no access to it with out climbing up 1 store of stairs or going down 2 flights of stairs. Regarding the location of the hotel- its at the entrance of Val Torens, so if you dont ski or its your first time skiing, its a bit of a walk to the center of town with all the ski gear on you (there is a shuttle close by every 45 minutes or so), so that was a bit rough with 2 first time skiing kids, but was manageable. Its a pretty easy 10 min walk without the ski gear. It's a real ski in/out for those of you who ski blue run and up. Since we were staying at the end of the season, the hotel restaurant was closed, so at night we had to go out to dine at town or at another hotel restaurant.. I would also love to have the hotel bar and pool open at morning time for people that dont ski or decided to take the morning off and relax a bit (they open only in the afternoon).

Stayed in a self catering apartment, floor minus 4, was facing the road. Lots of car noise early in the morning was a drag. The apartment itself was as expected with decent quality furnishings.. there are many exterior faces of this property so if you're staying ask for an apartment that's not facing the road if possible. The ski locker room is on floor minus 1, the locking mechanism uses the room car key which is handy. There's insufficient space to sit down at busy times in the room tho. Piste access is very easy, in and out. Staff seemed to be kind of half detached from their job, the masseur chap was friendly and helpful, the receptionist and bar staff less so, but to be fair it was the end of the season. The Spa and pool are detached from each other with reception in the middle, to go from pool to spa you have to waddle through reception, which was oddly populated by folks wearing spa robes having a pint.. maybe it's a new thing thats catching on.. Don't get me wrong it's a fair place it's just let down by the location, not the slo in/out, but instead access to the center of VT itself which is either a slippy slope walk or walk up the main road which can get busy. Next time to VT will be staying closer to the center, which also has it's drawbacks!

This place is awesome... fantastic views and location, with in-house ski rentals and awesome ski locker room. Fresh bread delivered in the morning to make for an easy start to the day. The staff was super helpful - we had a stressful situation with our rental car being dead in the garage because we left a light on inside and they did everything they could to get us a jump so the car could be started for our trip back to the airport in Geneva- success! Will be forever grateful and would love to go back!

We booked in as part of a package ski holiday with Crystal Ski (Tui) - we were 3 hours late as our plane had a fault then there was loads of traffic. We got such a lovely welcome - and they had saved us some food from dinner as they thought we might be hungry. The hotel is beautiful - so clean - ski in and ski out - the location for skiing could not be better. The ski room is top class (even has ski boot heaters in all the lockers!) The spa (with pool and hot tub) is great to relax in after you finish. Every member of staff was super friendly - the food here is AMAZING - on half board we got OYSTERS last night as our starter. I've been fortunate enough to stay in many ski hotels - this is one of the best.

Deuxième séjour au hameau. Les chambres sont agréables, la literie convenable, le restaurant incontournable, le personnel à l'écoute... Bref, il y aura certainement un troisième séjour (même si pas mal de choses sont à revoir au niveau du petit déjeuné ;) )
