Fantastic staff Very clean relaxing hotep hotel Breakfast was excellent

There's nothing to complain about here. Breakfast and dinner were very good and plentiful. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms are a bit small, but perfectly adequate for one or two nights. We felt very comfortable.

Arrived this evening (May 16th) The young man at reception was exceptionally friendly and professional. The rooms are nice. The place is quiet.

Very happy with this hotel; the room was very clean. The manager was very welcoming and friendly. My wife and I were very satisfied. The big bonus: The parking lot is large and convenient. Another bonus during hot weather: a dispenser of very cold water in the lobby. Mr. Irdel I recommend it.

Ideal, we arrived late and appreciated the friendly welcome (available 24/7) in case of any problems. The staff were respectful towards guests. The bedding was comfortable. The next day was the Marathon – congratulations to our champion, Émeraude, who ran her 12km in style! – in the beautiful city of Nantes.

Let's be clear, what makes the Brit Hôtel Kerann in Saint Herblain so appealing isn't its location. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The room is adequate, it has everything you need. The REAL REVELATION is the quality of the food! We dined on delicious, beautifully presented dishes made with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. It was excellent. And the price is very reasonable if you choose the "Stopover" option. I highly recommend this establishment with its Stopover package.

This was my first experience at the Brit Hotel and I was very satisfied! The staff were very pleasant, the access was easy, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the service and advice were outstanding! I highly recommend this establishment!

I would like to thank the management for their professionalism following the cancellation of the concert in Nantes for which I had booked a room this Saturday, April 11, 2026. My reservation has been rescheduled for January 2027, just like the concert. Thank you, and I look forward to welcoming you to your establishment in 2027.

Its location is fantastic, not far from the Zenith concert hall, restaurants are within easy reach, and it's so peaceful! Unpretentious but clean. We'll definitely be back.
