Incredible cuisine. From the amuse-bouches to the main courses, everything was truly excellent, easily deserving of a Michelin star.
However, a 2-hour and 40-minute wait at lunchtime is unacceptable. The wait times between courses were far, far too long. And that wasn't even the menu with the most courses.
