**Disappointing Visit Despite Fond Memories** We returned with enthusiasm after an excellent experience a year ago, but this lunch on August 20th fell short. For a bill exceeding €350 for two, we expected impeccable service. Unfortunately, the service lacked fluidity, with an excessively long wait between courses. The wine selection was also a disappointment: the person tasked with advising us explained that they were unfamiliar with the wine list due to their arrival at the beginning of July. Despite our precise instructions regarding our preferences, the recommended bottle fell far short of our expectations. Furthermore, we had opted for the "Adrift" menu (€68), drawn by the blue lobster "Caesar" style. Unfortunately, the portion of lobster was minimal, preventing us from fully appreciating this exceptional dish. The food was generally of good quality, and the price wasn't an issue in principle, but the lack of smoothness and control in the dining room left us perplexed and disappointed; it's a shame. We're sharing this feedback in the hope that it will allow you to make some adjustments for future customers. Best of luck.

An evening of pure enjoyment! A truly outstanding menu, wonderfully prepared. Instead of the offered wine pairing, we opted for a bottle of regional white wine to accompany the meal. We'll gladly return!
