Excellent food, but the staff was a bit casual, not quite top-notch. The welcome for a birthday celebration was rather understated: a small candle and no other attention, not even a word from the chef or management! A shame, because the location, the cuisine, the creativity, the quality of the dishes, and the freshness of the ingredients are absolutely superb!

A wonderful place run by an inventive chef and surrounded by an amazing team. The ingredients are fresh, local, and beautifully prepared. The chef is so inventive that he blends flavors, creating delightful tasting experiences. Last time, we sampled three different surf and turf combinations. All three were absolutely delicious. If you're looking for a true gastronomic experience on the Rhuys peninsula, this is the place to go. You'll receive a warm welcome in the setting of a traditional Breton house nestled among ancient trees.

Exquisite cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. The service is seamless, provided by a cheerful and friendly waiter. The portions are enticing and well-prepared. No complaints whatsoever, and the price is reasonable. I return with pleasure every time.

Le Vieux Colombier

09/09/2026: An excellent restaurant where no flaw will mar your dining experience. The dishes are perfectly executed by the Chef, who knows his craft, as does the attentive waitstaff, who will be there to inform and guide you throughout your meal. The renovated setting is very elegant and comfortable. The spacing between tables allows you to enjoy a pleasant meal without feeling crowded. Parking is not a problem, as there are plenty of spaces nearby. The menu changes seasonally, approximately every three months. The price remains reasonable and perfectly in line with the overall quality of the establishment.
09/09/2026: Excellent, we had the "Inspiration" menu. Very pleasant evening, perfect and professional service. Beautiful presentation and divine food.
