It's no coincidence that the chef received the "Grand de Demain" (Rising Star) award from Gault & Millau. The cuisine is exquisitely refined, perfectly balanced in flavors and seasonings. Not a single false note. The desserts are wonderfully light. The service is both cheerful and discreet. The wine pairings are truly delightful discoveries. Both the garden and the dining room are very pleasant.
