Good family cooking. The doe sauté with grand veneur sauce was excellent.. Haut Jura trout fillet with vin jaune: delicious too.. for those who like beef tongue: excellent. In the Jura specialty smoked beef tongue. It's very good too.
The plates are plentiful.
We stopped here for lunch on a long cycling trip. The service was very fast and pleasant, and the food was extremely tasty and hearty. Very good value for money – we left happy!
