Le Kiosque a Pizza sur Chambly

Absolutely fantastic, I love this place in every way.

The products are good, the service is friendly, the only major flaw I find is the thickness of the crust. It doesn't have yeast, which makes it very thin, and after baking, it has a pronounced rancid taste of overcooked dough (the thinner it is, the faster it cooks, so it makes sense that it cooks too quickly on the outside without being thick). It's even worse when it browns. If there is yeast, then it must have been rolled out with a mechanical roller, which destroys the dough's aeration. It's a shame because it really spoils the overall experience. If they fix this, then it will be excellent. The quality of the dough is paramount to the overall taste of a pizza.

The pizzas are of very good quality, generously topped, and delicious. The pizza maker was very pleasant and friendly. They were on time, and there was no wait for pickup. I highly recommend them.

We are regular customers and come at least twice a month. The pizzas are always delicious and generously topped. The manager is very friendly and always has a kind word for his customers. Keep up the good work and don't change a thing! 😁
