The kitchen does not equal three-star armchairs. Light portions, too classic idea, server without second degrees. A vegetarian dish, vegetable rice for €17.50 and we call ourselves a cook. The taste is there, however.
Sorry but professional distortion means that I have no pity on this restaurant.
Moderately satisfied, positive point is that the restaurant welcomes customers until late but to the detriment of the smiles of the servers except the bartender!

Discovery of this place last night.
Not disappointed at all, very good food, impeccable service.
The only downside was that it was very noisy but that's normal because the restaurant was full.
On the other hand, not even a “thank you” or a “goodbye” after paying the bill...I remain speechless.
That said, given the world we live in, nothing surprises me anymore.

The Ermitage is far from being a solitary and isolated place but a place of gastronomy and hospitality in Bordeaux.
The dishes are carefully prepared by chef Grégory: quality, quantity and originality.
The welcome is simple and warm. All are attentive to customer needs without being intrusive. We spend pleasant moments

We hosted a family event in the restaurant's upstairs room! We were delighted, everything was perfect: the owners are business people and very friendly, the meal was delicious and refined (special mention for the dessert). The room is ideal for this type of event, especially with children. We particularly thank Géraldine who took care of us for the service, whose efficiency and discretion are matched only by her kindness. Thanks everyone!

We went to this restaurant where we waited quite a long time to get two burgers and a piece of beef.
I have no complaints about the burgers, they are really delicious. On the other hand, we found that the piece of beef was quite small, which left us hungry. The fries also tasted funny.
it’s a shame for the waiting time and for the kitchen but otherwise, there is a very good atmosphere in the restaurant, and the service was very good too!
