We came at the end of October, for the first time it was great! There are very cool people this season A good meal and a good welcome especially with the lady Laurence! top Do it again!

Modern, friendly hotel with nice staff. Unfortunately we couldn't eat anything after we arrived because the restaurant was fully booked and it seemed to be the only place in the hotel where you could get something to eat. The only real weak point is the WiFi, which didn't work or only worked weakly most of the time.

16/08/2024: 2 night stay in this hotel very clean room very good breakfast but hotel in the city center, non-air-conditioned room with large view and very noisy and busy street a good welcome all the same but there was no hook at all!!! In short, we won't come back
14/07/2024: The hotel is ideally located, in the heart of downtown Aix-les-Bains, and yet quiet. The welcome is charming, the rooms well equipped and the cleanliness perfect! I highly recommend this establishment for good value for money!

05/07/2024: I had the opportunity to eat sandwiches and pastries. Bread, sorry but we have to stop with this supermarket bread. There's a problem in the lab 😞 I took 2 apple pies: overcooking which brings bitterness (it still remains in my mouth), a relative quality of the apples and the dough and a real problem with balance. The rest was nice, the bakery is tempting and the staff is nice and helpful. The essential thing for a bakery is missing: mastering the basics!
