The dishes were very generous and truly delicious; no complaints about the food.
However, the service disappointed us. The waiter's welcome was unpleasant, and when we pointed out that the price of the menu displayed on the chalkboard didn't match the price we were charged, he refused to acknowledge the mistake or try to find a solution.
Fortunately, the manager intervened professionally and resolved the situation.
It's a shame that the waiter's attitude marred what could have been an excellent experience.

Overall, a very pleasant stay at the Aquakub.
The hotel is ideally located, the rooms are very clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The indoor pool is a real bonus for relaxing after a day at the lake or in town.
However, a few points could be improved. There was a slight odor in the bathroom during our stay. The air conditioning in the rooms is difficult to use, which can be bothersome in hot weather. Finally, the restaurant service seems disorganized despite the staff's friendliness. We specifically reported finding ants in the jam jars at breakfast, but there was no real improvement afterward.
Despite these shortcomings, the overall experience remains positive.

I had a wonderful time at Le Kubix on the shores of Lake Bourget. The view is magnificent, the food delicious and beautifully prepared. Special mention to the waitresses, who were lovely and attentive from beginning to end. A fantastic place that I highly recommend!

We came at the end of October, and for our first time, it was fantastic!
There were hardly anyone there at this time of year, which was great.
A delicious meal and a warm welcome, especially from Laurence! Excellent! We'll definitely be back!
