LE KUBIX sur Aix-Les-Bains

This restaurant has an exceptional view, a very warm welcome, and delicious food. Thank you to Félix and Damien for their excellent hospitality and outstanding cuisine.

We had a wonderful time. We dined on the rooftop terrace overlooking the lake. The portions were generous and the food was delicious (the hamburger was perhaps a little too oily). The staff were very welcoming. We'll be back. €67.40 including drinks

A rather mixed experience at Kubix. Fortunately, the service truly saved our time, especially from Félix, the restaurant manager, who was very professional, attentive, and pleasant from beginning to end. His warm welcome and dedication clearly made all the difference. The view of the lake is also very pleasant and adds real charm to the restaurant, especially for enjoying a meal in such a lovely setting. On the other hand, we were quite disappointed by the food. Given the prices, we really expected much better. The dishes seemed rather basic, lacking any real originality or flair. The value for money was therefore quite disappointing. Ultimately, we will remember the quality of the service and the ambiance most of all. And thank you again to Félix for his professionalism and attentiveness, which truly salvaged our experience despite our disappointment with the food.

A pleasant meal in a calm atmosphere. The prawn risotto was very good.

It's impossible to pay in cash at this restaurant. It's outrageous and utterly ridiculous. The meal itself was good, but encountering a chef who refused to accept cash was truly disappointing.

A very nice, quiet restaurant with a beautiful view of the lake. Pleasant waiters, beautifully presented and well-prepared dishes, and perfectly balanced cocktails.

We had a delicious meal at Le Kubix. A tasty option for everyone. Good selection of drinks. The service, in particular, stands out! Incredibly friendly, fast, and personal. Definitely worth a repeat visit!

Overall, the portions were generous and the food was delicious. For the appetizer, I had the truite tartare, which was even better than I expected and I was satisfied. The only downside was that the dressing on the salad was a bit excessive. Also, the salad leaves were all so big that I had to cut them myself haha. Still, the truite itself was so tasty that I recommend it! For the main course, I had the Asperge risotto, and the combination of crispy jamón and perfectly cooked asparagus was fantastic. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. I left some behind because the portions were large, but I think it offers pretty good value for money. I recommend it! The only slight downside is that the heat is no joke these days, and the plastic chairs seemed to absorb all that heat. So I was hot the whole time I was sitting there, and since the air conditioning wasn't working properly inside, I couldn't eat inside. The view is nice, so it's worth seeing, but...! It was hot..! ㅠㅠ

Tried the rooftop restaurant, lovely view, friendly staff and good food, I recommend it.

The dishes were very generous and truly delicious; no complaints about the food. However, the service disappointed us. The waiter's welcome was unpleasant, and when we pointed out that the price of the menu displayed on the chalkboard didn't match the price we were charged, he refused to acknowledge the mistake or try to find a solution. Fortunately, the manager intervened professionally and resolved the situation. It's a shame that the waiter's attitude marred what could have been an excellent experience.
