Absolutely the best stewed beef tongue in my life! Super creamy and soft taste with delightful flavor. The bread is also one of the best! So many honey-like tastes inside the dough The only disadvantage is that the lemon tart is quite stale The cookie part is too flaccid and the cream is very stale with bubble texture Price is very much fair compared with the city center of Annecy
