Notre dîner était délicieux sauf malheureusement mon assiste de saumon que j’ai dû renvoyer car le saumon était filandreux et très salé. C’est dommage pour un restaurant d’hôtel comme le golf. Par contre le personnel est vraiment très agréable et à tout de suite repris mon assiste.
Quel bonheur de dîner à nouveau au Lassay : les sauces sont équilibrées et savoureuses, les plats décorés avec soin et le lieu juste magique.

However, I regret the absence of the former room manager who was exceptional and made each visit unique and personalized for each client.
Although the level of reception remains correct and on the same level of requirement, there is also a lack of suspicion that it provided which gives us the impression that the level is below what we experienced which is a bit of a shame.
Breakfast is very good as always.
