Very beautiful Romanesque church, located in the historic district of Clermont Ferrand.

It is a beautiful church in the center of Clermont-Ferrand, next to rue du Port.

Magnificent place to visit if you have the chance. A good 20 minutes are necessary to fully visit it.

We could pass by without seeing this very beautiful Romanesque church!

Beautiful Romanesque basilica, excellently preserved. Columns with beautifully decorated capitals. Interesting exhibition space about architecture. Be sure to take a look at the beautiful exterior of the choir. To do this, go to the street that runs behind the church and from a side street you can go up a stairwell from which you have a beautiful view and where the architecture is explained. You wouldn't want to miss this, which means "incontournable" in French.

Very pleasant basilica from the outside and simple, but bright interior decoration.
