Le Limoncello sur Strasbourg

The pizza was very tasty, and so was the limoncello.

Pizzeria on Route des Romains in Koenigshoffen. Parking is impossible in front of the restaurant; it's best to come by tram, as the stop is right in front. The interior is a bit dated and could use a refresh. There's a small terrace behind the restaurant. Prices are reasonable for the pizzas, but a bit high for the drinks (€4 for a 25cl beer). The menu has a good selection of pizzas, pastas, and meat dishes. The pizzas are classic, with good crust and generous toppings; I found mine just a little bland for my taste. Overall, an average pizzeria.

The waiters and the owner were very friendly and spoke some German, and they were very helpful. The food and the house wine were excellent. We can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Excellent Italian restaurant, with a good selection and great value for money. The Italian owner runs his business well, checking on his customers to make sure everything is alright while remaining attentive and discreet. The courtyard terrace is very pleasant and offers a welcome contrast to the bustle of the street. Special mention for the desserts! We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back. A neighborhood restaurant just the way we like them, and one that deserves to be better known!
