Le Lodge sur Morzine

Bravo! to Sandra for her gym and aquagym classes, as well as to the Amara reception for offering her classes to her customers, activities to continue, really good. The water is finally warm

This is the second time that we have gone with Pierre and Vacances Premium to Ski in Avoriaz. The 6-person apartment is a real plus when the family has only 4 people: in fact, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms provide real comfort of life. Too bad the spa (sauna) is not included in the rental. Decent ski room and ideal access to the ski slopes. We had booked at Amara - Dharma apartment 802: superb view over Morzine. We nevertheless noticed that one of the cushions on the sofa bed was no longer fixed and the furniture (stool, coffee table, chairs) was showing signs of age. But excellent experience in the end: we will come back.

Super well located at the foot of the slopes. Very beautiful apartment with very nice view of the mountain but the service is very average... Breakfast options not delivered as expected... Water in the pool not very hot... The bar only opens from 4 p.m. ... When the staff is on time... Impossible to have a Kfé ☕ during the day... For a 5 star too bad... For the service I would rather give 3 stars and not 5....

Residing at Pierre et Vacances Saskia, I was able to take advantage of sports classes at Amara, not a bad way to enjoy the holidays on a day when it was only snowing. The pilates class was great, Sandra is very welcoming and knows how to put us at ease, the class was great!

Apartments are very good, spacious, modern and have all facilities. However the service is quite poor and not 5 star at all. First, we emailed before to reserve parking, but they don't take reservations so had to book a car park further away. Second, check in was at 5pm, we arrived at 6:15pm and the room wasn't ready even though checkout was at 10am so they had 8 hours to clean. No compassion was shown and we were just told to wait for a text message. Third, we were missing hand towels and bath robes and were told our rate didn't include them even though they were mentioned on the site. It's a good place, but service needs improving.

Pleasant stay Unable to ski, I took the package for fitness and aquatic classes. It was delicious. Sandra is very pleasant.

Top ! I went there only for the sporting activities. I was able to discover aqua boxing, practice aquagym and different fitness and yoga sessions. Congratulations again to Sandra, the coach, who puts incredible energy into all the activities. This allowed me to discover the aquatic area/sauna/hammam of excellent quality and top-notch services. Certain evening activities are also accessible to people who are not residents of the hotel, which is really appreciated (I was able to participate in a bachata initiation) and this allows us to discover the services offered by Pierre et Vacances.

Great aquagym classes with Sandra that I highly recommend. Very competent and very pleasant coach!!
