A remarkably tender confit pork shank, whose flesh melts in the mouth after slow, perfectly controlled cooking. The caramelization brings a lovely gourmet intensity, softened by a creamy baked potato and enhanced by savory grilled vegetables. A generous and sincere dish, which combines authenticity and refinement. Bravo to Chef Willy for this extraordinary dish!

The owners are really super nice, a great team! We received a warm welcome! The food is excellent, we ate really well! Go there, you'll enjoy yourself and have a great time! The best place in Frontignan to treat yourself to stuffed mussels 😋! The ice cream and chocolate fondant are to die for!

02/01/2026: We dined at this restaurant on New Year's Day and were completely captivated. The cuisine was worthy of a top Michelin-starred chef, exquisitely refined, and served in a chic yet welcoming atmosphere. We didn't feel like we were in Frontignan-Plage at all; the experience was so polished and exceptional.

04/11/2025: The pizzas are always delicious, and the service is quick even without ordering in advance. The welcome is very warm and friendly! You can eat in (which is very pleasant in the summer with the terrace). Looking forward to coming back again and again.
