A remarkably tender confit pork shank, whose flesh melts in the mouth after slow, perfectly controlled cooking. The caramelization brings a lovely gourmet intensity, softened by a creamy baked potato and enhanced by savory grilled vegetables. A generous and sincere dish, which combines authenticity and refinement. Bravo to Chef Willy for this extraordinary dish!

The owners are really super nice, a great team! We received a warm welcome! The food is excellent, we ate really well! Go there, you'll enjoy yourself and have a great time! The best place in Frontignan to treat yourself to stuffed mussels 😋! The ice cream and chocolate fondant are to die for!

18/02/2026: The food is excellent: the dishes are delicious, well-prepared, and flavorful. The pizzas are superb, with a perfectly risen and crispy crust, exactly how I like them. The desserts, however, are not exceptional value for money. I personally chose a rum baba that wasn't soaked enough… I didn't say anything at the time, and I regret it, because I'm sure the staff would have gladly rectified that. The waitstaff is pleasant and welcoming. I'll be back as soon as possible, as a loyal and discerning customer.
17/02/2026: We had a great time at Stromboli on Saturday night.
