Delicious Indian restaurant, dishes bursting with flavor. The service is superb and the setting is very pleasant.

Deb's bistro is my go to spot every time I'm in Lyon to get some authentic Indian food with good ambience. But this time I was disappointed, I came in with a friend at 7 pm thinking 2 hours will be enough to have a delicious meal but the service was very slow and unprofessional. The person knew nothing about the dishes on the menu, nor did they do any efforts when we said that our dish hasn't arrived after 40 minutes of wait. When we asked for take away as we had to leave without finishing the late arrived food, they just came and put an empty box in front of us and no more assistance. Overall very unhelpful and rude ! Ambience was also very average this time as there were other customers talking loudly on their phone inside the restaurant. It was very disrespectful behaviour towards rest of the customers but none of the staff stopped them from doing so. I would like to return to this place for their delicious food which was on-point even today but the elements such as poor service and loud customers make me skeptical. Needs some improvement !

Great Indian food, friendly service, and nice atmosphere!

What a lovely surprise! We got takeout for lunch to reheat for dinner. It was absolutely delicious! It's so nice to find a truly good Indian takeout place. The instructions for reheating the dishes were perfect. Tradition and originality were both present! And they also had tasty vegetarian options!

Love this restaurant, the welcome is perfect, the food delicious. We come back very regularly and I highly recommend it 😀

A truly wonderful discovery! This Indian restaurant is a real find. You'll discover incredible flavors from all corners of India, with original combinations and influences from other world cuisines that make for a unique experience. Each dish is an invitation to travel, allowing you to taste specialties rarely found elsewhere. The only slight drawback, in my opinion, is that some portions might seem a little small for those with a large appetite, and the price of a few dishes can be a bit high. You should also expect a bit of a wait at times, but this is more than compensated for by the quality and originality of the cuisine. This is definitely worth a visit, and I will return with great pleasure, and certainly more than once!

Excellent food and prices, but the service and noise level need improvement... It's a shame because food is a journey (tastes, colors, etc.) and you leave feeling satisfied...
