Top-notch! Discovered by chance in Saint Alban, the louchebem my memories of this emblematic restaurant of the Victor Hugo market, we tried it and really really not disappointed! The louchebem spirit of excellent meat, homemade fries, a banofee to die for, good wines, a completely correct bill and a very nice atmosphere/service. We are new followers. Long live Caro’s louchebem 🙏👌👍
