Top-notch! Discovered by chance in Saint Alban, the louchebem my memories of this emblematic restaurant of the Victor Hugo market, we tried it and really really not disappointed! The louchebem spirit of excellent meat, homemade fries, a banofee to die for, good wines, a completely correct bill and a very nice atmosphere/service. We are new followers. Long live Caro’s louchebem 🙏👌👍

After a misunderstanding about a booking error....the waitress even took 4 of us. We ate very well. Dishes with good fresh produce. The impeccable service....and the very pleasant setting. We will come back to it very soon.

Idéalement situé sur notre parcours entre Avignon et Bordeaux, à cinq minutes de l'A62, enfin un restaurant ouvert le lundi. Vu la qualité du service et des plats, il y a du monde : nous avons eu le nez fin de réserver. Le personnel est au top et la viande est de haute qualité, bravo et merci Caro pour votre accueil, il est sûr que nous reviendrons !

02/03/2024: Yesterday, our family shared a very good meal in this restaurant. Warm welcome, fast service, excellent cuisine, as well as the presentation of the dishes. Good atmosphere. The owner makes herself available to the customer with great kindness. We shared very pleasant little moments of jokes with her. When we left, we saw the boss, who is her husband, in her kitchen. Very smiling too, and we took the opportunity to congratulate him on the preparation of his dishes. Congratulations to both of you, and keep it up. Very nice to come to your home. We come from Comminges, 80km away and we will come back with just as much pleasure. Thanks to you two. Josiane Cousse.
