We've been eating here for years and everything was perfect. The owner changed a few years ago, but we continued to go. The food is good. However, when it came time for dessert, we ordered an apple crumble that was impossible to break with a spoon because the topping was so hard. We asked for it to be sent back because it was simply inedible, and they still charged us for it (without offering a replacement). The person who took our payment told us that "to err is human" (regarding the crumble) and refused to deduct it from our bill… It's a shame because we used to come to this lovely and pleasant restaurant several times a year, but after this, we won't be back.

We went in on a cold evening after the slopes were shut for avalanche warning .Great little restaurant good atmosphere good food good service. We had raclette fondue and a nice burger with wine .we left full and warm for the cold walk home .

Very disappointing. Advertised as "homemade cuisine," unfortunately I'm still looking for what was homemade, not to mention the barely warmed-up food. We didn't get sick, but we certainly won't be back.

Excellent restaurant, friendly, welcoming, and warm. We enjoyed a fondue and a raclette, and everything was perfect. The service was very quick, and the waiters were truly pleasant and attentive.
I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing food, we went several times during our stay, and the menu is varied enough to have quite different experiences.
They have fantastic savoyard classics, such as raclette and fondue, you can even have fondue for one which is unusual in the alps and useful if only one fancies it.
The deserts are fantastic and they offer a 3 desert taster
The staff are very helpful and attentive, lovely cosy decor

We had a wonderful meal!
A comforting meal, great food, and excellent service.
I had a ribeye steak cooked exactly as I requested (rare).
I recommend the Café du Loup Blanc with the little génépi liqueur, which is great for digestion 😁
