A very good restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide. The place is very pleasant and the service is good. We especially enjoyed the appetizers and dessert. The main course, however, didn't completely win me over.

Weekday lunch: The portions for the starter and main course were very small. I ordered a dish with scallops (a €12 supplement on the set menu). The dish was the same size as the starter. The scallop was sliced ​​thinly. Fortunately, the dessert was more substantial than the rest. Otherwise, yes, everything was delicious.

A truly wonderful experience at L’Hippi’curien. The dishes are refined, generous, and perfectly executed; the service is attentive without being intrusive; and the warm welcome immediately sets the tone for a place you'll want to return to. The setting is elegant and inviting, making the experience all the more enjoyable. A restaurant that combines quality, authenticity, and professionalism. A sure bet in Toulouse!

03/03/2026: I used to walk past your restaurant often without daring to go in... It was my brother who finally convinced me to go... I don't regret it at all! 😁 • The tarts are generous and delicious. We had the Butternut and Heritage Vegetable tarts. • The cheesecake has a lovely, light, melt-in-your-mouth texture and a speculoos base. 🤌🏾 I love cheesecakes, and this one is one of those simple pleasures that's easy to make! (unlike the New York cheesecake, which is heavier and has a different texture and taste, for those who are wondering.) I'll definitely be back to try the other savory tarts and the sweet treats! 😁
09/02/2026: While passing through Toulouse, we had a lovely time on the terrace enjoying a very affordable breakfast. The pastries were excellent, and the person who greeted and served us was very friendly! There are board games and books available inside.
