Overall, a good experience. We had a kebab and fries, which was very good—frozen fries, but tasty and hot. The dessert was a bit less impressive; it was rather unusual, probably not their specialty, but curiosity led us to try it. It was expensive for such a small slice of cake, though. The waiter struggled a bit with French but was very kind. He listened and did his job well. The lady was quite friendly. The atmosphere was calm; we were there during the off-season, and there weren't many customers that day. I would definitely go back.

I was a little hesitant given the reviews... But I can confirm, based on my first experience with my mother... The service was impeccable!! Attentive and very helpful! Delicious food! I highly recommend it!

11/01/2026: Very well located, but definitely overwhelmed by the crowds due to its proximity to the sanctuary. Service was very average.
12/12/2025: As I was wanted a quick bite to eat in Lourdes (Café Royal) was jam packed! So, I decided to get a quick bite and I ordered the calamari. The calamari wasn’t anything special it was frozen. Most European restaurants french fries are served with every meal. If you think about it french fries are a quick and cheap option. My family member ordered the bone in pork-chops and they said they were mediocre. As for this establishment, I got a quick bite to eat and the staff were very friendly compared to most places in France. (P.S. 22/02/2026: EXCELLENT MEAL AND STAFF, plus we were able to bring our dog inside and they served him water 🥹,
30/12/2025: A very good experience at this restaurant! We ate very well, the dishes were beautifully presented. The welcome was warm, and the staff were friendly and attentive. A pleasant place where you feel comfortable. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.
