Excellent service. My son was able to have a teleconsultation, which is particularly convenient when you're on vacation. Thank you again for your attentiveness and availability.

After calling 3237 and giving my contact information… coming mainly from Les Issambres… at the pharmacy counter, I asked to buy syringes for my painkillers… and the response was… we weren't notified and we don't have 10 syringes! Still (the operator's words), I can help you out with two syringes… That's all well and good, but the price for two syringes with the on-call rate was 25 euros! Two syringes with needles, 25 euros! But in the end… thanks to the operator because he refused to take any payment! This isn't necessarily a criticism of the pharmacy; it's simply an observation that if there aren't decent people around to help us… the healthcare system is really complicated! Thanks again to the on-call operator!

The staff were very friendly and offered excellent advice. We had a Medadom teleconsultation for our son, and the advice they gave us regarding the medication (waterproof ear patches) saved his vacation 😎. A big thank you to you all.
