14/05/2026: At Gaston's... everything is good... and that's certainly true... Hearty bone marrow... delicious sweetbreads and sea bream fillet. Quality local rosé wines. Very friendly welcome, as is the choice of music played.

Imagine, a traditional Lyonnais bistro blending the expertise of a great chef with the Provençal flavors we simply must savor by the sea… The menu is small, though the choice is still difficult. The ingredients are fresh and prepared with love. Thank you, Gaston, we'll be back! 😘

16/05/2026: We're Belgians just passing through the area. We stumbled upon this place and went back because it was so good. Don't hesitate to step inside; at first glance, it might not seem particularly special. But once you take a bite, you'll be transported. Not a single flaw from aperitif to dessert, and even a few petit fours to our delight. Try it, and you'll be hooked.

07/05/2026: Dish advertised: Sea bream fillet. Dish served: Half a sea bream fillet. When we pointed this out, the staff's response was: "We didn't have time to fillet the fish." A rather surprising response for a dish listed on the menu. When a dish cannot be served as advertised, the customer should be informed or not served. This is disrespectful to the customer. The least they could have done was adjust the price accordingly! Disappointing experience 🙁

02/05/2026: A must-visit seafood restaurant in the port and Saint-Raphaël. The same team has been there for a long time, offering top-notch quality and service. Prices don't fluctuate as much as elsewhere, while the quality remains consistently high. Don't change a thing, so we can keep coming back for a long time! The fish is delicious and fresh, the dishes are flavorful and sophisticated without being pretentious, and the desserts are fresh and generous. Well done and thank you! P.S. Closed Wednesday and Thursday. Reservations recommended.

16/05/2026: We were looking for a restaurant. It was already 1 p.m. We happened to pass by Le Bishop. Despite the late hour, we received excellent service and ordered six oysters to share, which were of outstanding quality, and the fish of the day (eagle fish). It was cooked perfectly, the vegetables had a nice crunch, and it was very tasty. All in all, a great restaurant with superb cuisine and excellent, friendly, and attentive service. Highly recommended.

26/04/2026: The value for money is really good, but a few details could be improved… The air conditioning in the room wasn't working… No bottled water was provided. Furthermore, we had asked to reserve a table for two at the hotel restaurant for Saturday evening, and the receptionist told us it was fully booked… When I got to the room, I was able to book a table on the Fork app… and upon arrival at the restaurant, there were at least five unreserved tables… We didn't quite understand why they had assured us it was impossible to get a table… Otherwise, the breakfast is amazing in its variety, and the staff are responsive and very pleasant. The spa is very nice, but the jacuzzi is surprisingly cold.

28/05/2026: A very pleasant restaurant on the Santa Lucia port, "Le Refuge" is a breath of fresh air 🤗 Very affordable menus for delicious dishes, and the à la carte menu has something for everyone. Everything was perfect. Victoria's attentive service and smile... the management is present and responsive to customers. We highly recommend it. A small restaurant that lives up to its name 👍
