I often go to this tobacconist's which closes quite late in the evening as well as on public holidays, I take my hat off to them and thank you, but the only downside is these tramps who spend their time taxing you as soon as you leave the tobacconist's, often young people who instead of going to work come to tax and take advantage of the generosity of some, it becomes very annoying, because in addition if you refuse to give, they almost make you feel guilty.

The tobacconist is very welcoming despite a somewhat unsafe atmosphere caused by some disrespectful customers who loiter in the shop to make phone calls.
It takes real courage to be a tobacconist today and to show such diplomacy towards all customers.

I forgot a winning sports ticket on the counter. When I called the tobacconist the next day, it had been put aside while I waited for my return. I wanted to thank the staff who are very professional, welcoming and helpful, great.

A must-visit tobacconist in La Rochelle! It had been a long time since I had been to this place, and the welcome on this Tuesday afternoon, September 23, was really pleasant! With good music playing in the background, it was a smiling and helpful woman who served us, with a smile and humor, despite our little "demands"!! I recommend it. Hello, while going to get my cigarettes, I witnessed an unacceptable situation today (01/09/2025). A customer took a pen from a delivery person sitting there. The saleswoman kindly pointed out to her that the pen wasn't there for self-service. The customer took it very badly and started shouting at the saleswoman, using the informal "you." The saleswoman, remaining very professional, went out with the woman to apologize and explain why she had told her not to take the pen, but the customer refused to listen and got angry at the saleswoman.
I would like to highlight the composure and professionalism of this young saleswoman, who remained calm, polite, and patient in the face of this aggression.
