Went for dinner with friends and my foie gras and entrecote steak mains were both excellent pate had superb texture and flavour and steak was good thickness which allowed for it's perfectly rare but caramelized exterior, this is why so many people rave about French food I would certainly return if there weren't so many other great places to try !!

The blonde girl who served us is truly the plus of the place, good and friendly! Excellent welcome and nice little place in the center of Saint Germain.

Typical restaurant in downtown Saint Germain. Service, very accommodating and friendly. Food very tasty. Toilets are borderline poor, as is so often the case in France.

Locale caratteristico, caldo e accogliente. Personale gentile sopratutto la cameriera, piatti abbondanti e molto …. Francesi. Carta dei vini limitata e il bianco c e arrivato caldo (raffreddato con il ghiaccio). Antipasto, piatto principale, caffè, bottiglia bianco in 4 abbiamo speso 46 euro a tesa.

29/09/2024: A downside: cold and dried out fries…. It was 10 p.m. of course!
28/09/2024: Fairly high prices compared to the quality. Pleasant welcome at the entrance but not gracious waiter, didn't bring us the right wine, we pointed it out to him but he didn't seem to understand. Simple dishes but expensive overall. Not easy access via a large staircase on the square. Not too noisy atmosphere. Note, very beautiful view of the castle of St Germain en Laye, well located on a pleasant square.
