We came across this place after visiting the European Parliament. We can't recommend it highly enough. We were only going to have a drink but the English Menu tempted us to stay. The Manager was also very helpful when we tried to order too much. I asked a waiter for advice about wine and he came back with a glass to try. We had a really fantastic meal with great beers and wines and it was a highlight of our trip to Strasbourg.
Nice variety of Alsatian foods and drinks served in a lively and traditional surrounding. The service is very well delivered and the restaurant offers plenty of parking places, for car or bike, just outside free of charge, which is very convenient. During summer there is a fine yard full of tables just outside. Been visiting this restaurant many times and always the meal experience was excellent. Note that during lunch time you can ask for the daily menu which includes starter, main and dessert or two of them. This place can get very busy very fast so an early reservation is always a good idea.
Cute quaint restaurant with some local regional beer. Food prices are reasonable and tasty. There's a lovely Biergarten which one can enjoy weather permitting. Close to the EU institution and tram stop.
Food was underwhelming given the Alsace reputation—both the choucroute and tarte flambée felt quite canteen-like. Pleasant garden for drinks, but I wouldn’t go back for the food.
