Le Manoir sur Aix-Les-Bains

06/08/2026: This restaurant is located right next to the lake, so it's a beautiful setting for a meal. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is simple: the rare ribeye was a little dry, and I must have had the last of a bag of fries because they were tiny, slightly overcooked, and hard, and the small salad lacked seasoning. The chicken tenders were good and nice and crispy. I had a waffle for dessert, which was also good. Cups with ice would have been a nice touch. Well done to the young team, as there were only two of them managing quite a few tables! 👍👍

01/08/2026: The service was quick and efficient; we didn't have to wait too long for a Saturday lunchtime, which was a plus! The setting is pleasant and offers a lovely view of the lake. However, while the burger was delicious, if I had to point out a negative, it's that given the price, I expected a larger portion of fries or a more substantial side dish. The plate looked a bit empty 😊
