very good lunch in this bar with no ostentatious pretensions, but delicious food. Taste, flavors, special mention for the polenta!! Bravo to the cook. Simple welcome, fast service, unbeatable quality/price. I recommend.

La comida deliciosa! Nos atendieron muy amable y de manera respetuosa, solo hablabamos inglés y español, a pesar de no saber francés se esforzaron en atendernos, lo hicieron muy bien! Gracias chicos!

11/12/2023: Good atmosphere but knowing what to expect from a three star Michelin restaurant this place definitely disappoints. Food taste was ok but nothing out of the ordinary. The service was barely acceptable as opposed to impeccable you would expect from a three star restaurant. Wouldn’t go again.

Le Petit Journal St Michel

30/03/2024: Good old jazz club in the heart of Paris. I went on a Monday, not crowded during the week, felt almost like a private show. Amazing jazz music by talented and experienced musicians that connected to the audience. I even got to sing with them during the break and took a poster from the bar home! Barman was also talkative and friendly. Show is 15€ each and it’s charged with the check on your way out.
16/03/2024: On March 2, we had a wonderful evening, starting with a dinner, the food was good, then the orchestra Daniel Barda and his guest Iris Oettinger were truly excellent. And it was with pleasure that we found a fairly full room. Thank you for this good time that we spent with friends and we look forward to our next visit to Paris to share another pleasant evening.
