We chose to eat at Mamie Rosé's during our holiday in Palavas, based on the positive reviews we had seen. We were not disappointed at all. The food was excellent, the staff were responsive and attentive to their customers—in short, a fantastic experience! We were delighted.

Found by chance, and a very pleasant surprise, we came as a couple. My wife had mussels, which were perfectly cooked, and I had a casserole with prawns, mussels, squid, and orecchiette pasta with a remarkable sauce. The only slight drawback was that the pasta was a little overcooked, but given the quality of everything else, it was perfectly acceptable. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive. Thank you.

It's a pleasure every year during the holidays to come and eat Grandma's conchiglionos! Impeccable service, top-notch food! If the location isn't ideal, it's more than made up for by the warm welcome and the delicious food.

A fantastic find! Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the service, and of course, the food. The dishes are delicious, made with excellent ingredients. The staff is friendly, pleasant, and attentive. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place! 👌✨

We were delighted with our dinner at Mamie Rosé. The service team was very friendly and professional. Our dishes were delicious. We were able to enjoy the very first tuna tartare on the menu, which was excellent, as were the seafood conchiglioni and the Caesar salad. We all finished with chocolate mousse and didn't regret our choice at all, it was so good. To top it all off, the decor is lovely. How could we not recommend it? Edit: We went back a second time during our stay and were able to try other dishes that had appealed to us (the Friday aioli, mussels with truffles, roasted Camembert). This only confirmed our opinion from our first visit. We will definitely return on our next trip to the area.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance thanks to Google reviews and had a wonderful time! The welcome was warm, the staff were friendly, attentive, and very professional. The dishes were delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. The service was quick despite our large table, and the atmosphere was convivial. Excellent value for money. We will gladly return if we are ever in Palavas again and recommend this restaurant 100%!
