Sumptuous restaurant, attentive staff, a perfect dinner from appetizer to dessert. 😋 The white wine was delicious. And the magnificent 360° view! 😁 Thank you to the team! 🫶

One minor complaint: the waitress was not very smiley or friendly.

Simply a delight with the Palavas-style rouille and a strawberry dessert. We chose a dry white wine made from Viognier and Muscat grapes, which we thoroughly enjoyed. And what can I say about the table service, which was very professional from the aperitif to the coffee? The restaurant's revolving seating during dinner allowed us to admire the splendid view and a magnificent sunset. I would add one small complaint about the restrooms, which, although very clean, had two problems that I reported to management (a faulty toilet seat and flush mechanism).

Hello, everything was fine, except for that darn knife whose completely dull edge refused to cut my meat, and the same went for the replacement. It's true that these pork chops were particularly rich in tendons and other tough parts. As a result, more than half of it remained on the side of the plate. Apparently, the owner already knows the knives aren't cutting... Apparently, he doesn't have time to deal with it... Otherwise, the rest of the meal was okay, nothing special. Oh yes... the waiters were very friendly, really. The shame of the day: 29 euros just to take the elevator up to the dining room. There were nine of us, and we won't be going back, just for that reason... This exceptional (and very noisy) place could use a little more effort. Sharpening the knives and including the cost of the elevator in the menu would seem less stingy and more decent. It's true that this elevator, at €3 per person, represents a significant windfall; let's say 200 people that day = €600... that's enough to cover the cost of a full-time attendant... So, a future visit isn't planned.

Professional and organized service, delicious food with good products and a friendly atmosphere, I recommend it.

A truly excellent experience. Both the food and the service were perfect, and being front row with a 360° panoramic view was a real bonus. And to top it all off, the menu prices are quite reasonable considering the very high quality of the dishes and their preparation/presentation, worthy of a fine dining establishment.
