Restaurant Le Phare sur Palavas-Les-Flots

This is an exceptional place, the food is divine, and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend it!

A revolving gourmet restaurant at the top of a former water tower. With an external elevator.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely magical dinner at the Palavas Lighthouse! 🌅🥂✨ Friday evening, Jean and I spent an exceptional romantic evening in a simply breathtaking setting! And what a view!!! 😍 Between the stunning panorama and the magnificent sunset, the spectacle was absolutely magnificent. A truly magical moment that we never tire of! 🌊☀️❤️ As for the food, a veritable festival of flavors! We chose the complete menu, from appetizer to dessert, and everything was DIVINE! Beautifully presented dishes, refined cuisine, remarkable flavors… We savored every bite from beginning to end! 🍽️🍷😋 And what can we say about the staff? They are wonderful people! Exceptional service, a smiling, warm, attentive, and incredibly kind team. We felt truly privileged, without ever losing that friendly atmosphere that makes all the difference. 👏💖 And the cherry on top… Jean even got his own little birthday candle with dessert! 🎂🥰 A thoughtful touch that touched us deeply and made the evening even more memorable. A huge thank you to the entire team, both front and back of house! You gave us so much more than just dinner: a magnificent evening, full of delicious food, emotion, and joy. We will be back with immense pleasure! Le Phare is an experience to be lived and relived! 🥂🌟❤️ Stéphanie & Jean

Hello. There was a wait between the wine and the… order. The Palavasian stew for four people was served without a single potato. This is our fourth meal at your establishment in about three years, and the menu is always the same: is this intentional?

A lovely evening at the lighthouse with a beautiful view of Palavas. Our waiter was lovely, however the service was far too slow.

What a wonderful surprise! A first visit to your beautiful establishment. The setting is exceptional, and the rotating mechanism of the dining room creates a unique and truly surprising atmosphere. The food was a delight; it was absolutely delicious. The choice of ingredients was meticulous and of the highest quality, and the way they were prepared was simply divine. Your chef is a magician: congratulations to him! As for the waiter, his humor and joie de vivre were exceptional. We have rarely seen a waiter approach his work with such enthusiasm and pleasure. Bravo to our waiter! We will return with great pleasure. A big THANK YOU TO YOUR ENTIRE TEAM!

It's a great place, the view is remarkable, and the servers are very warm and smiling despite the heat. NO AIR CONDITIONING?!!! WHAT A SHAME

Pleasant place, efficient staff, and exceptional view.

It was fantastic! The meal was very good, the waiter was friendly. The rotating panorama is a memorable experience.

As always, a magical place to discover; however, try to rotate the menu more quickly or offer a daily special on weekends that could be included in the set menus, even if it's prepared in limited quantities to avoid excessive stock... Otherwise, don't change a thing...
