Simple but delicious food. A lovely starter of crayfish and mushroom salad with a very pleasant hot and cold contrast. A duo of pollack with sauerkraut, very well cooked. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

While visiting the salt flats, we passed by the restaurant and received a very warm welcome; the market menu was excellent! We highly recommend it!

22/08/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A fantastic restaurant in Les Sables-d’Olonne that I highly recommend! We had lunch at Mireille Oasis as a couple with our baby and had a wonderful time. The portions were generous, flavorful, and truly delicious. Special mention goes to the frog legs, a dish that is sadly hard to find on restaurant menus these days. They were excellent, a real treat! The setting is authentic and pleasant, and the staff is very friendly. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. If I had to find one small point for improvement, it would perhaps be the wait time between orders, which could be a little shorter. But that's a minor detail compared to the rest of the experience. An address we will gladly keep in mind and return to!
