I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The welcome was very friendly with a warm smile, the place was unpretentious, the prices were affordable, and the food was absolutely top-notch – nothing to complain about from start to finish. I highly recommend it, as it's not easy to find a restaurant with so many positive points! 👌👌

A very pleasant surprise in the heart of the village of Salertaine. A delicious, well-prepared set menu for €15.90, featuring a melt-in-your-mouth beef chuck roast with superb carrots, a pear poached in wine like I've never tasted before, and a fantastic apricot tart. Highly recommended.

(Even the daily menu on weekdays) Very well-prepared food (thank you, chef). Every time I'm on vacation in Noirmoutier, I come back several times a month. Daily menu (starter, main course, dessert €15.90). It's hard to find better. Excellent value for money. In this restaurant, the owner prioritizes customer satisfaction over money. It is always with great pleasure that we now regularly go to the Marais gourmand. A friendly welcome, a very pleasant veranda for all occasions, simple but effective cuisine (fresh produce), menu suggestions for all budgets... excellent value for money
