Le Marco Polo sur Saint-Martin-De-Re

My wife and I stopped here for Sunday lunch’ on 30th June. After a brief explanation of the menu by maitre de in English we were shown to a table. My wife chose the tuna and I chose the pluma de porc. They were excellently cooked. The tuna medium rare and the porch was tender and full of taste. I must say French cooking is amazing and whilst the cost looks expensive, by U.K. standards, the food is if much better quality than we get at home. Glasses of rose 4.50€. Because this is the first restaurant you come to, from the end of the harbour opposite to tourist office, it may not be as popular as it should be. Would highly recommend.
