The good location of the Ancor hotel, friendly service and tasty breakfast somewhat compensate for some of the minuses.
The disadvantages were the condition of the rooms - ours was small and the bathroom door was a makeshift room, it was difficult to maintain privacy in the bathroom. In general, the bathroom could use a facelift (e.g. the washbasin countertop is damaged).
There is a parking lot at the hotel :)
This year a little disappointed with the service:
-sheets not changed during my 4-night stay.
-no coffee capsules provided (I am a coffee lover).
-no signs to put “free room” at the door, obligation to go to reception every day.

My wife and I spent 6 nights in this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the location away from the main road, by the warm welcome from the employees, the cleanliness of this hotel is indisputable, the price is fair.
I recommend this hotel.
Superb location on the shores of Lake Annecy. The staff is very welcoming and offers partnerships with other leisure providers such as boat rental.
As a bonus, the possibility of charging electric cars in the hotel's private parking lot. We will come back.
