31/08/2026: The delivery arrived completely soaked. The items spilled on the sidewalk and no refund is possible. It's shameful!

30/08/2026: Honestly, I'm very disappointed with this order. I ordered two Big Mac meals with fries and a Coke. The result: the fries were missing from both meals. Mistakes happen, I understand that. But forgetting the fries in both meals is really unacceptable. And what's even more absurd is that one of the glasses even had a preparation slip written on it with "POTATOES"... so the information was clearly there when the order was prepared. It shows a serious lack of attention during preparation, especially since it wasn't peak hours and there weren't any other customers waiting. I admit I could have checked the bag before leaving. But when I order a meal, I don't expect to leave with half of what I paid. It's a real shame, because this isn't an isolated error with just one product: both menus were incomplete in the same way. A basic check of orders before handing them out to customers is clearly necessary.

03/08/2026: Hello, the welcome was very disappointing and deplorable, and the pizza was barely cooked! We ordered a pizza to eat in, but to our great surprise, the tables were empty at 1:30 pm. We were categorically refused permission to eat there; two people were eating, but apparently, it bothered them that we were eating in. It was 36 degrees Celsius, but they wouldn't listen... What kind of civility and consideration is that? Why not just close the pizzeria if you no longer want to serve your customers?
