Le Marlex sur Marlenheim

Good Alsacian restaurant offering many traditional dishes of the region. A large terrace is available as well as a large indoor room. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Free parking available outside, but to reach the restaurant it's a bit counterintuitive if you don't know it. Excellent location between Wasselonne and Marlenheim.

I really enjoyed the shaded, tree-lined terrace. The staff were friendly, smiling, yet professional. I had a very substantial burger. I like to get my money's worth, and this place definitely delivered. I recommend it.

A very nice place with ample parking. We were able to eat on the terrace. Excellent service. The meal was delicious. We'll definitely be back.

Exceptional restaurant. The setting is magnificent, and the parrot cage is a lovely touch. The servers are delightful. The tarte flambée is excellent, and the cookie is a real treat. However, the meat prices are a bit high.

The birds are lovely but noisy. Very good value for money. Friendly staff. Generous portions.

The welcome and staff were very friendly. The meal was perfect, with fresh, well-prepared ingredients. We came with the Gourmet Passport. The terrace is lovely; despite the intense heat, we were very comfortable in the shade of the trees, surrounded by birdsong. We'll definitely come back, even without the passport.

Third lunch at Marlex: a very pleasant setting: a shaded terrace, free-roaming parrots, welcoming and attentive staff, and of course, a very good meal!! See you for a fourth very soon 🙂
