30/01/2026: I ordered from the kiosk today. My goal was to get home, eat, and rest. I work my days at the hospital looking after my husband, so I have little interaction with the staff. I was taking the bus home, I should mention, holding my order (4181) very carefully. When I got off at La Seyne, my pants were soaked. My sparkling water, which wasn't properly closed and wasn't secured at all in the little tray provided, had leaked, and everything was wet. I was alone waiting at the counter, so there wasn't the stress of a busy period. I know it's not easy for the staff, but I'm also very tired.
