Le Mas des Romarins Restaurant sur Gordes

Hotel very well located, 5 minutes walk from the center of Gordes. Very pretty panorama, breathtaking view of the village. Well maintained and very pleasant swimming pool. Comfortable “Prestige” room but in need of updating. Regrettable absence of a mini fridge (more useful than a bathroom scale!). Full breakfast but with imposed content. No eggs, neither hard-boiled nor cooked.

Very beautiful view of Gordes, in addition the 7th art room is very well decorated and its small terrace is very pleasant not overlooked. Breakfast €17, very complete and well stocked (hot drink, fruit juice, mini pastries, bread, butter, jam, honey, fruit salad, cereals, fresh and dried fruit, yogurt, cheese and ham)

Mas Des Romarins was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed! Not only does the resort have beautiful views of the village of Gordes but it has a very quaint and peaceful feel. The staff is extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had the perfect stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious. It’s in the perfect location and is an easy 5 minute walk into town. We would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Gordes. Thank you for an amazing stay!!

Hotel with breathtaking and magnificent views of Gordes from the terrace. Impeccable welcome, service and quality, very warm, attentive staff with unfailing kindness and kindness. I highly recommend, the place is exceptional.

Beautiful views!! Nice rooms. Great staff. Limited amenities. Gorgeous French village full of beautiful sites, shops and restaurants … it has a magical castle old world view from their terrace!!

Okay amending my review. Why? One reason. Christoph! We are dpearting this morning and having a coffee, and have been greeted by Christoph for the first time. He is amazing! What a true joy! Interesting place. Service was average, as staff not the most welcoming people we have ever met. Perhaps a bit of front of house training on how to smile and be welcoming would be a reasonable investment of time - especially being the hospitality industry. We booked a standard double room which was okay, but only a view of a stone wall and the road on the other side, and the standard doubles rooms are very small. Amenities very average, such as no milk for coffee or tea - and no explanation of how to get basic refreshments from the hotel lobby other than if you booked in for a meal. Maybe can buy a beer or a glass of wine, but who knows? Last but not least another couple staying here had a small dog which they brought in the dining room. The dog attacked me while I went to have breakfast, and then later attacked a bit my wife when she was walking in the courtyard (dog not on leash). Can't really blame the hotel - but the setup totally wrong to be a dog friendly place, especially with dogs that are not trained. We own a dog and LOVE dogs, but the hotel really needs to sort out a basic policy to prevent their guests from being attacked.

I only stayed one night, unfortunately. The location is very beautiful in a strategic position. Our room was very nice with a private terrace. Clean. The staff very very kind and helpful. I advise
