The photos are better than reality... there's a queue for the sauna, the jacuzzi is too small for four people, and the pool water isn't warm enough... the restaurant waiters aren't very pleasant; when we asked them to wait between the aperitif service and the meal, they replied that it wasn't possible, that they'd already served 80 covers and that the kitchen was about to close. Why even offer a 9:15 pm service if the rest of the staff can't keep up?
The setting and the room are magnificent. However, it's not very peaceful; one mustn't forget that this is a 4-star hotel, not a playground. What I didn't appreciate at all was being asked to leave the hotel to have coffee in the restaurant because I had forgotten to put the sign on the door for breakfast. For a 4-star hotel, and considering the price of the room, this is unacceptable. We are hesitant to return.
My partner and I came here for rest and relaxation. We found a superb setting, a wonderful and always smiling team, a sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool – for us, that was everything we needed. Thank you again.
