We didn't meet the new owners in person because we have a dog and the current booking policy no longer accepts pets, which I respect. Despite this, the phone conversation I had with them was very courteous. It's a shame we couldn't book again because the property is lovely, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are excellent. We had a wonderful family holiday there last year.
