Très satisfaits, très bonne localisation et vue sur l’Yonne. Super accueil et conseils pour visiter la ville. La chambre très bien, rien à redire !

Très bon hôtel de centre ville, personnel agréable, chambres propres et accueillantes (plateau café tisane dans les chambres!), petit-déjeuner copieux et de bonne qualité. Nous reviendrons !! Merci à toute l'équipe

What an excellent stay, from start to finish everything was perfect. Staff really go all out to make you feel welcome and a lot of hotels could learn from these. Highly highly recommend 👌

Gemütliches und romantisches Hotel direkt am Fluss. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ideal eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und kundenorientiert. Parkplätze sind im Innenhof, müssen jedoch reserviert werden. Follow me on Google Maps 🌍

25/03/2024: The staff is always attentive to customers even during busy periods. My online reservation was respected regarding the choice of the (round) table. Allow 15 minutes to wait at 8 p.m. for dishes listed on the menu.

24/03/2024: A very good experience during the inauguration with Virginie on duty, to whom we thank again!! Unfortunately we returned this Sunday, March 24 in the evening, and very disappointed with the service by a gentleman with glasses (tattoo on the arms, anchor, etc.). Very rushed by his service, he doesn't even give us time to finish the starter when the dish is already on the table... Not very friendly... it's a shame we only remember the negative of the service even though the food was very good. At the time of payment we take out a 10% discount card on the bill that we had at the inauguration for businesses and this gentleman refuses us this card, supposedly not valid… We are not close to a few euros but kindness and politeness yes!
16/03/2024: A very good evening. Very good meal. The waitress was great, very pleasant. Thank you for the welcoming. We will come back.
