Le Mayombe sur Toulouse

Great moment shared with my friend, and what memories returning to Congo in Toulouse, they are exceptional people, thanks to Gaby and Charly see you soon

We went to this little half-Congolese, half-Caribbean restaurant and we loved it. We had dinner for two in the downstairs room, good atmosphere, not too many people, very smiling and very kind waitress, the chef came to say hello at the end of the meal, it was very friendly. We enjoyed the discovery meal for €28, full of delicious little dishes. Just a little regret is that we can't wait to come back. I recommend it to anyone who wants to discover excellent quality African cuisine, plus everything is homemade apart from the ice cream which is still delicious.

A restaurant as we like them, warm and delicious family. The accras and smoked chicken mafé were perfect! A beautiful trip!

We went there by chance in July 2024, and we had a great evening. The welcome is warm, family, the cuisine generous and excellent (Yassa chicken), the ultra hot pepper for fans, the house cocktails are great, the boss Gabriel delighted us with his stories and his culture about Africa. We were in the cellar where there is a good atmosphere, we can dance to good music. I really recommend it! If we come back to Toulouse we will definitely go back.
