08/09/2024: What a fabulous meal! We loved every course. Came for a relaxing Sunday lunch and had high hopes for the food but it far exceeded our expectations. Each course was full of favor (including umami), texture and visual appeal. Remarkable food. Clear from the components and flavor how talented the chef is. The chef was very kind, approachable and accommodating. He explained each dish in some detail. The chef’s wife recommended the perfect bottle to accompany the meal. The wine list is carefully curated and we had a wine from the town; perfect with the food. The restaurant is very interesting in terms of decor. Fits the cuisine- very artistic, novel, fascinating. Thrilled to have had the opportunity to dine here.

04/07/2024: Le Chef combine avec harmonie la quintessence de ses matières premières qui sont sublimées. Le résultat de ce travail est lumineux. Le service est en harmonie avec le chef. Un vrai bonne-heure. Merci Un couplé de voyageur heure-eux
