Passing through Castres yesterday, we attended the last service of these Ladies yesterday. I will keep very good memories of this typical restaurant, yes, with retro music, we love it! Classic cuisine with very good fresh produce. And top waitresses. I have been in the restaurant and catering business for 37 years, and if my waitresses (extra) who are 25 years old could be as professional as these people that would be perfect! So these people who leave a bad review know nothing about our business. Ladies, I congratulate you for having honored your profession and your establishment for 30 years despite the hard knocks.
